The IBM support lifecycle for API Connect changed several months ago, and was updated in the last week. The API Connect product follows a continuous delivery model designed to deliver updated / new features and bug fixes. Within this approach there are two delivery streams ..
- Continuous delivery – for rapid delivery of new features
- Long term support – delivery of security fixes / defect fixes
The Long Term Support (LTS) releases are designed to be fully supported for a minimum of 2 years, and IBM would publish an end of service notice for a release approximately 12 months before its end date.
