I recently blogged about the IBM Redbooks residency that I attended and becoming a Thought Leader for Enterprise Mobile. I am happy to report that my first article for the IBM Mobile Frontier blog has now been published…. for this first article I wanted to talk about a common challenge that I see when working with customers around the world trying to architect / deliver a mobile mail service using the IBM Notes Traveler product – Notes Doclinks… which if not handled correctly at configuration time can lead to a bad user experience 😦
